Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Lelli Kelly purchase; therefore, we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure all tags remain attached and shoes are trialled on a carpeted surface to maintain their eligible condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn shoes in their original Lelli Kelly branded box and include the completed packing slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your shipping package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your parcel to the designated courier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
